A day trip to where I grew up included a short but decent (with regard to meters in ascent) stroll from Frümsen in the valley bottom to Staubern at the top of the crest. Luckily, we found ourselves the only hours of sunshine on that Sunday and made the most out of it. Great views over the Rhine Valley!
