Pre-Alpine Escape

Immediately after returning from Turkey, a siblings weekend had been planned and weather forecast looked promising to venture out in the Pre-Alps. We found ourselves a pleasant route following a ridge towards Einsiedeln and hit the trails loaded with tent, food and water. Easy hiking was followed by setting up camp, cooking, sitting by the fire and eventually a tight night with all four of us sleeping in one (2-person) tent. Memorable adventures! The next day, we woke with a most pleasant view and continued hiking along the ridge. At lunchtime, we got the chance to practice our first aid skills on a proper cut by a Swiss army knife... Nonetheless, the overnight hike spending time outdoors in clear fall weather was a success!
