Due to a certain blog-writing-lazyness, I've decided to give you an impression using some photos. You can find the documentary (photos plus captions) as well as a map following the enclosed links below.

Following, I've summarized the whole trip. If you have any questions regarding the trek, don't hesitate asking!
Over the holidays, the plan to tackle the Selvaggio Blu Trek was about to become reality. The Selvaggio Blue Trek is a multi-day hike at Sardinia's East Coast. We carried all the food, technical gear for some short climbs and up to 40m abseils, depended on the karst-water-supply, got lost and found back-on-track, hiked up and down, relaxed in style at Cala Goloritze...
If you ever want to be challenged physically and psychologically, Selvaggio Blu is the trip to embark! The scenery is stunning! Lost between the sea and the sky, the trail takes you through ancient Mediterranean oak forest, the usual macchia, along high cliffs, down and up gullies, giving breathtaking options for campsites at bays and beaches along the way...
... too soon the trek finishes as you enjoy watching the dolphins and drink your last cup of stove-boiled coffee in a humongous cave at a winterly-deserted white carbonate beach...
... luckily earth yields more challenges, which need facing in the future!
HAPPY 2012, I hope there will be numerous excitement in your upcoming year!
